Search-optimized video production.
A set number of videos per month, every month, built around the keyword clusters you hold. Every video is built to answer a specific search, not to chase a trend.
Monthly service
Setup gets you into the search results. Staying there is a different job.
TikTok favors accounts that keep publishing. Stop, and you don't vanish overnight — but new videos from other businesses keep arriving, and over time they move past you. The businesses that hold position are the ones still publishing in month nine.
That's the part almost nobody sustains in-house. It starts strong, the season gets busy, and by week six it's nobody's job.
Every month
A set number of videos per month, every month, built around the keyword clusters you hold. Every video is built to answer a specific search, not to chase a trend.
As terms lock in, we push into adjacent ones and move ahead of the calendar — furnace and heater terms in October, AC and cooling terms in April.
Scheduling, captions, on-screen text, hashtags, service area and hours kept current.
Local questions in the comments get answered. This is a ranking signal and a customer touchpoint at the same time.
Where you stood, where you stand, what moved. Detail on the Tracking & Reporting page.
Your part
Approve a content set once a month. That's the requirement.
Occasionally we'll ask for footage — a job site, a piece of equipment, thirty seconds of you explaining something you've explained a thousand times to customers. Phone quality is fine, and we send a specific shot list so you're not guessing.
If you want to be more involved than that, the content gets better. But the plan is built to work at one approval a month, because that's what survives your busy season.
Timing
We set a documented baseline at setup. Every month you see actual movement against it — your position on named search terms, dated.
Long-tail local terms tend to move first, because far fewer businesses compete for a phrase with a city name and a specific problem in it than for a broad category term. Broad terms take longer and need more volume behind them.
If a cluster isn't moving by the point we said it should, that's in the report along with what we're changing. We'd rather tell you in month two that a cluster is harder than estimated than let it drift to month six.
The difference
| Measure | SearchAcre | General social media agency | In-house / DIY |
|---|---|---|---|
| What gets measured | Rank position on named search terms | Followers, impressions, engagement rate | Usually nothing |
| Content built to | Answer a specific search | Ride a trend or fill a calendar | Whatever got filmed that week |
| Where keywords come from | Search data from your metro and category | General trend tools | Guesswork |
| Consistency | Contracted monthly volume | Varies with account load | Strong for six weeks, then busy season |
Questions
Why SearchAcre
A video that gets 40,000 views from people across the country is worth less to you than one that gets 900 views from people in your metro who searched a problem you solve. Those are two different jobs, and most of what gets called "TikTok marketing" is the first one. We build for the second.
The same phrase can perform differently depending on where it appears — spoken in the audio, written in the caption, or displayed as on-screen text. TikTok can interpret all three, but it may weigh them differently depending on the query. We test the best placement for each keyword cluster instead of repeating the phrase everywhere.
"AC not cooling" and "AC installation cost" are the same customer at two different moments, and they need different videos. One wants a fast diagnostic. The other wants numbers and a reason to trust you. Trend-chasing content answers neither.
Search position takes consistent output, month after month — that's the part most accounts can't sustain. We tell you the number of videos before you sign, and it doesn't quietly shrink in month three.
Every ranking claim in your report includes the exact search term and a dated screenshot, so you can verify what was visible at the time and check the current result on your own phone. That's deliberate. If a report can't be checked, its claims are hard to trust.
Pricing
The market read is free. Three terms, your profile, and whether your category is still open in your metro. Three to five business days, no meeting required.
Everything else is quoted. Ongoing work starts at $2,000 per month and begins the day your first videos go live, not before. The audit and the setup are one-time and quoted with your market read.
