Keyword mapping for your market.
We pull the terms local customers actually type, not the ones that sound right in a marketing meeting. We map these into clusters, then tell you which we're going after first and why.
One-time build
Posting videos and ranking in search are two different jobs. Most local business accounts do the first and never touch the second.
The difference is structure. Which terms you're targeting. Whether the words a customer types actually appear where TikTok reads them. Whether someone who finds you can reach you in one tap.
Setup builds all of that. Once.
What's included
We pull the terms local customers actually type, not the ones that sound right in a marketing meeting. We map these into clusters, then tell you which we're going after first and why.
Who currently holds those terms in your area, how often they publish, and where the openings are.
Name field, bio, category, service area, and a link that goes somewhere you control.
Before the first video goes out, we run every target term and record where you stand — the search, the result, the date. Every report after this gets compared against it.
The opening set of search-optimized videos, built from footage you already have.
Posting schedule, publishing workflow, and a walkthrough so you know what was built, how it works, and where everything lives.
Footage
We work from footage you already have, and we help you fill the gaps at the lowest cost.
Most business owners are sitting on more usable material than they realize — job photos on a phone, before-and-afters, equipment shots, the clip somebody took of a tricky install.
Where you're missing something, we tell you exactly how to get it cheaply. Usually that's a short list of specific shots you or a tech can capture on a phone in under an hour. For the parts that don't need to be your crew, we source it.
What we need from you at onboarding: access to whatever you've already got, and one round of phone capture from the shot list. That's it. We group these requests so it's one ask, not a weekly nag.
How it works
Before you pay anything, we confirm your market has enough TikTok search demand to justify the work, and that your category is still open in your metro.
Keyword clusters, competitor map, and your footage shot list. You approve the terms we're targeting.
Your profile is rebuilt around the terms you approved in step 2, so search can tell what you do and where you do it.
First set produced and reviewed. Nothing publishes without your approval.
Everything goes live. You get a walkthrough and a documented baseline, so there's a fixed starting point to measure from.
Typical timeline is 3–4 weeks from kickoff to first videos live.
The difference
| Measure | SearchAcre | General social media agency | In-house / DIY |
|---|---|---|---|
| What gets measured | Rank position on named search terms | Followers, impressions, engagement rate | Usually nothing |
| Content built to | Answer a specific search | Ride a trend or fill a calendar | Whatever got filmed that week |
| Where keywords come from | Search data from your metro and category | General trend tools | Guesswork |
| Consistency | Contracted monthly volume | Varies with account load | Strong for six weeks, then busy season |
Territory
We cap how many businesses we work with in each service category and metro area. The cap is set by the size of the market and how much search demand it actually carries — a metro of two million supports more than a city of 200,000.
Questions
Why SearchAcre
A video that gets 40,000 views from people across the country is worth less to you than one that gets 900 views from people in your metro who searched a problem you solve. Those are two different jobs, and most of what gets called "TikTok marketing" is the first one. We build for the second.
The same phrase can perform differently depending on where it appears — spoken in the audio, written in the caption, or displayed as on-screen text. TikTok can interpret all three, but it may weigh them differently depending on the query. We test the best placement for each keyword cluster instead of repeating the phrase everywhere.
"AC not cooling" and "AC installation cost" are the same customer at two different moments, and they need different videos. One wants a fast diagnostic. The other wants numbers and a reason to trust you. Trend-chasing content answers neither.
Search position takes consistent output, month after month — that's the part most accounts can't sustain. We tell you the number of videos before you sign, and it doesn't quietly shrink in month three.
Every ranking claim in your report includes the exact search term and a dated screenshot, so you can verify what was visible at the time and check the current result on your own phone. That's deliberate. If a report can't be checked, its claims are hard to trust.
Pricing
The market read is free. Three terms, your profile, and whether your category is still open in your metro. Three to five business days, no meeting required.
Everything else is quoted. Ongoing work starts at $2,000 per month and begins the day your first videos go live, not before. The audit and the setup are one-time and quoted with your market read.
